DEADLY, even dried, then, BEWARE! A watch, especially not eat, injures liver and kidneys.

I like especially that it is a very dangerous fungus can not see the tail is important. I know some people eat the fungus they do not know what they may.

You score in header Gyromitra edible when it is classified ... FATAL ... (See Guide MUSHROOMS Didier Borgarino and Christian Hurtado, Edisud Editions.)

It is a DEADLY FUNGUS (for some) even recommended for all, since it is impossible to eliminate all toxins when cooked. However, references the names: common name: Gyromitra or common name: Gyromitra Gyromitra said edible or inedible. The word edible part of his name in my description, not informing it was edible. I hope the information will complement each reassured readers.

I just find gyromitres in my garden at the foot of an old tree stump they are not very appetizing if they are toxic, I would leave where they are : thank you for your information.

Precisely the habit does not make the monk. It is not edible and it is very toxic. Some of them are death to have consumed it. Be careful with the mushrooms !!!

The shape is weird, this 'Gyomitre said edible' is also called 'False Morel' (Gyromitra esculenta). It can be recognized easily with its form cérébriforme and its color brown to red. Very toxic, even lethal when it is believed : great mistrust. Personally I would avoid !

Merci! (Momjade)
