Indeed fan! When I was a kid on my parents' farm in south-west, were often seen at certain times. The hoopoe always attracted my attention as relatively rare bird and passenger ... Today, there are still but the rest is like many birds, animals and insects are scarce with monocropping and other pollution ... for miles and days and days you can see almost anything here, this is disastrous course. Regards, Mark.

A beautiful bird seems to be very clean in its natural environment, but too centered. I did touch up I'll post.

I have seen your editing, not bad at all and thank you. The subject has hardly been taken and I never got badly. That is not to 'damage' the image that I left the subject as well. Regards, Mark.

Yes, but good, the decor is natural. Not easy to notice in effect. Thank you to you, Mark.

Mark, you are so lucky to be able to box the hoopoe: 11:. I did not know she was staying in your region: 18:. I've never seen, but I doubt it comes from the Loire Valley?. The decor is not great, but you did not choose. Cons by the bird is sharp and his eye is bright. Bravo for this rare catch: 3:

Hi Isa, okay? For the Hoopoe in the Loire you find in the South Loire late March to June It is everywhere in France, more numerous in the south-west France in effect. It has unfortunately tended to disappear from our countryside due to the years 60-70, as usual, pesticides and pesticides we put on our land. I think you need to fill in your home, or with people in rural areas, either through association for the protection of birds. Yes, it does not always work as you want in photography and to photograph the 'star' of the coup not always easy. My friendships and more Isa. Marc. : 4:
