Lake Longemer

Author 'Géna' (Id 201918 ) : Returning to Alsace, I made a stop at the bottom of the collar in order to make this picture of the lake of Longemer.
The brightness was more to go, but well, I find this shot rather not ugly.

I thank you for pass by my gallery and have commented and favored my snow landscape.
> Sophie.alige [G] [P] [C] >Reply Dec 04, 2013
The class, as usual !!! For me, the look is fantastic and the whiteness of the trees does not bother me absolutely not, it is the season, after all ! you are one lucky to live in the Vosges... The landscapes are stunning and this is no lack of subjects to photograph...
And Christmas is preparing well, there is snow and a super Christmas market not too far away (for me, of Château-Renault (37), it is more than 700 terminals to go to Strasbourg ! ). Thank you for sharing !

Ah, excuse me ! Like you put a lot of photos taken in the Vosges, I thought you lived there... I really liked your photos of ibex, wooded paths in the autumn, your landscapes of snow on the side of Gérardmer, I think... well, too bad for me, that will teach me how to draw hasty conclusions... It must be said that the advantage of the EIF, it is able to dream on views across magnificent ! Overall, the level of photos is very good and it is a treat to consider a little in front of all these views ! that's a Good end of weekend !

Ah, that'll teach me for jumping to conclusions... As you deposit often photos ridges in the Vosges, that I very much appreciated, I deduced that you lived in the corner ! I was dreaming too much in front of all those good photos that you find on the site, no doubt... nice end of weekend !

A very nice snow landscape, this small chapel appears between two trees, which is reflected in a crystal clear lake gives an effect unreal. I like it a lot.

Hello claire, it is nice of you to contribute to and comment on my landscape.
I address my best wishes for 2014.

I liked the editing of Denis darkening the trees, but it remains that this image is gorgeous and I would have liked to discover a little more on the left, in 16: 9 format, because here the look is blocked on a leak that we can guess and that would be superb... Do chipotons not, the chapel is valued, will it be lit up at Christmas ? (note TB). A little nothing rotate to the right to straighten the tower...

It should not be so cold that the water is not even frozen. A beautiful picture of your winter home.

Hi Guylaine, I hope to make such beautiful photos in the upcoming snow in my area. Not obvious because if we had snow as early as October, for the holidays she is made invisible.
Thank you for your comment and for your bet in favorites.

The winter has its charms and you we prove here with this shot well composed, which produces a lot of sweetness despite the cold
> Lumixane [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 01, 2013
The kind of decision that you would like to follow the seasons, a gap welcome, deciduous leaves occulteraient not the chapel. I like the winter version and... I'm doing my cinema . TB.
> Jofu [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 01, 2013
The composition is very good, the reflections are a plus and the gentle atmosphere of end of the world is well translated. That's good Géna
> Perronnet Catherine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 01, 2013
I love the atmosphere in the winter, the natural colours and this little church covered in snow bonus with its reflection. Very nice photo Géna, thank you.

Hi Martine,

I am glad for your regular passages in my gallery.
If you come in Alsace at Christmas, it would be good to give me a sign... I would be really very very happy to see you.
Thank you for your comment and your bookmarking.

The snow on the edges of bodies of water is a good recipe to make brilliant shots...
The absence of sun allows a uniformity of the lights.
The chapel to the right, the tip of the peninsula to the left to make for, your framing has been well thought out ; it is a very beautiful photo Géna.
> D.marsim [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 01, 2013
Even with a lack of brightness, it is possible to make superb photo, yours is proof of that Beautiful composition and reflections in the water of the lake (TB+)
> Denis246 [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Dec 01, 2013
This image is well-framed to highlight the chapel, while playing on the horizontal of the bank, and the vertical rhythm of the conifers. The lack of sun does not. A few colors these are sufficient at the pleasure of the eye. (note TB).

Still no snow in the plains, but with the cold that was installed, I suspected that there must have been snow in the heights.
A landscape of icy combined with the reflection, that is .

Man, I missed the opportunity to make beautiful photos of landscapes under the snow. You know, the style of the Christmas cards.
There was so much traffic, no way to stop.
Thank you for your passage.
