Red throat without tail

Author 'Tintin.dd' (Id 173669 ) : Nature always reserve us surprises: 11:, it is not trivial, this winter we had on the balcony a Robin tailless visit: 14:, probably a defect, but that must he be crippling to fly properly.
Alas it is remaining in the neighbourhood as a day, because it was not fierce, I could put it in the box easily.

Not being shy, maybe that explains the loss of his tail. A cat could be the cause.
Very good framing and sharpness are impeccable.

I discovered this little red-throat thanks to the help of the forum and I found the core in spite of this anomaly. He has the look, in spite of everything, to be well and I hope that his life is not too disrupted. Thank you for this beautiful shot

-:Subject a little centre, but not too bothersome.

I've seen other birds with no tail, we don't really know why, disease, malformation, or brawl ? It is hard to imagine between of if smaller birds, for my part, I see them regularly vultures without a tail or with a plumage fort damaged, but they fly anyway and not so bad ! Your photo is very good. Bravo. Friendly. Françoise (fmdv).

Hello Tintin, how are you ?
How lucky to have been able to shot this beautiful Red-throat. Here, they only show up to announce the snow. This was the case on Sunday. She is fallen, but it gave nothing.
Thank you for this beautiful photo.

in effect : it has apparently the rear end seized up, but it didn't seem to bother him : he had to adapt. Thank you for the discovery.

We do not think, but why animals would they be spared by the disease or malformations as humans ?
In any case your photo has a documentary value, and is of good quality.

> Labrume [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Apr 09, 2012
Poor 'Titi', it has lost its rudder.
I wish him a good and long life in spite of everything.

The word fierce little used in this context of disability it makes me smile I just go check to see what looked like the tail of a red-throat, normally constituted, there's no picture this One makes me really crack, its life expectancy may be limited by this small time, at least it's not going to starve to death, as long as it is on the plate !

> Nicole.barberon [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Apr 09, 2012
Even without a tail, this little red-gorge is beautiful, it should still be disabled for a steal !!! Tintin and thank you for this picture very clear.
