The rock drills

Author 'Chasseur de temps' A voir (Id 108690 ) : "The rock pierced" No one can come here and stop there without being fascinated by the endless erosion of work done since time immemorial by the tireless waves that come to break. There are nearly half a millennium, when Jacques Cartier happening in these places, the rock is still connected to the peak of Mont Joli. Currently, at low tide, it would be possible to reach on foot which is strongly discouraged or prohibited because of risks involved with falling rocks!

What is good about FEI : what are the small thumbnails that scroll on the sides ; I was astounded by the beautiful scenery that I hasten to deposit it in my favorites ! Hunter time !

Thank you Charly for this unexpected visit to this photo, which has enabled me to discover, in his time, how difficult it was on the Net to hear and be heard in order to achieve a constructive dialogue.

Beautiful colors and a good light are the strengths of your photo.
The houses on the cliff to appreciate the size of rocks.

Thank you for this comment and believe me this is not envy that I miss being able, thanks to the opportunities offered by the software, improving the quality of my images. The only problem I have already said many times I am a different generation and have everything to learn in this area beginning with the vocabulary that goes with it. Knowing that the time capital is reduced to a trickle the equation is not easy to solve!

It edits that made me discover this beautiful image. The colors are not perfect but the picture is very good. I encourage you to better handle your pictures because they are really worth it. Bravo to the photographer: 3:: 1:.

Thank you all for the attention given to my picture and the different views expressed, which unfortunately failed to satisfy my desire to understand. Problem of language I think between generations each formed to control the supposedly different approaches lead to identical results. To me probably train me for that message is better and allows me to take advantage.

Beautiful colors make up this photo, j'aime beaucoup: 6: as the series thou hast made. : 3: and thank you.

Light is undeniably beautiful but I think the image was too smooth as I have said in the editing of Annie, which erases all the details of the rock. I wanted to know if Annie had merely to add anywhere. The colors are a bit intense for me too but that's my problem. It is something for everyone. : 18:

> Nenfer13 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 20, 2010
The image is beautiful, the scenery and excellent framing. By cons I would not call me sharp, but lack of definition, which suggests a lack of sharpness. What bothers me most about this picture, the colors are too saturated and a sky darker in the corners which is believed to vignetting. I just saw the editing Annie Reymond has somewhat improved the definition probably increasing emphasis. You offer a refinishing, but not easy if one does not work on the original in this case.

Philip, I think you are best placed to satisfy my curiosity and answer the question I raised in the commentary sent to our dear Panda. If you agree to devote a few moments you'd like to enlighten me or by specifying your mind is in touch with one who would view that improvements could be made to the image. I thank you most sincerely.

Lack of clarity or definition as stated Nenfer, there is always the details that are barely legible (the rock, the sea appears very smooth). Denoising overgrown? Problem opening or passage format FEI undigested, I know no more: 14:

Although beginner SLR, the opening 4, 5 (dixit your EXIF data) seems to me rather weak for a landscape and may explain the insufficient definition.

Not often had occasion to speak to a panda, but this time I can not miss this opportunity not only to thank you for analog and digital recording position on this image but also because your comment and some others led me to I ask this question: At what point have I committed an error while shooting or during the presentation of the photographic image on FEI that to mention "lack of clarity rather disadvantageous. I confess that I do not understand. Who can tell me where the shoe pinches?

I love this picture for these shades of blue and clean cut that produced this rock in the middle. Bravo to the photographer. Thank you for such beauty.
