Giromitre Cup Gyromitra

Author 'Diane.dufour' (Id 36936 ) : May, 2007. This GIROMITRE is cut in two on the meaning of its height. I wanted to see how it was made and what colors it could have. I am delighted with this discovery.

Hello,
It must challenge as much of Gyromitra infula and Gyromitra gigas as Gyromitra esculenta. All of them can cause problems !

> Agaricus augustus >Reply May 18, 2010
Attention giromitres 3, all toxic, especially esculenta (latin-french translation = = = edible fatal translation) because it contains many giromitrine, poison remains in the blood (liver and kidney lese) even if you dry the mushrooms ! So, no bullshit, if you find a giromitre esculenta, which looks like a dark brown head, avoid! For cons, the gigas (light brown to red) or infula (turban) are tolerated, after drying = less toxins to these two there, so ... BUT DO THE GAFFE ESCULENTA; not play with! (Expert advice, I have my license, I know 600 (mushrooms) in Europe, there is a 20taine mortals, and esculenta is one of them ...

Attention because the Gyromitre be confused with the morel. The Gyromitre Giant is mortal in the same way as the Gyromitre 'edible'. By contrast, Eva was right to say that the morel mushroom is not eaten RAW. It contains hemolysins that destroy red blood cells. Before cooking them, I make them lose their water, so I'm certain to use it without any problem.

Morel or family, mushroom not to eat RAW, but dried, and cooked it loses its toxicity. It is delicious, and the photo opens the appetite.

It is a mushroom that is close to the morel mushroom, it seems to me, thanks to let us discover in the cup, it is very well detailed.
